I want one of these ... assuming it does what it claims to. Has anyone tried them? Know anybody who has?

I've only seen one working smoke free device and that involved a special helmet.

My old colleague used to have one, he said it was ok. Other people I know have said that you just look like an idiot and still crave cigarettes.
